For all of those who have shunned hamburgers, meatballs, etc., to support the movement away from meat and factory faming - now have a great solution - Beyond Meat. Tonight, I made lasagna with Beyond Meat. Once the children knew the secret, some said they could tell it was different, others said they thought it tasted better - I couldn't tell the difference.
